Because of the nature of the site and the cheap prices of the swimwear, we can only accept exchanges for items, and unfortunately cannot accept returns except for manufacturing faults

Delivery Information
Items are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment clearing. In order to safeguard your purchases all our items have to be signed for, but don't worry if you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you can pick your parcel up from.

Special Deliveries : Special Delivery orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be sent out on Monday.

When you pay for an item, you will be re-directed to the secure "SECpay" payment page which is a secure way of entering your payment details. After payment you will be returned to the swimwearsale.co.uk website, and an email confirming your purchase information will be sent to you by us.

Returns & Exchange Information
Please note, due the discounted nature of our site, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges are subject to a charge of £3.00
If you wish to exchange your swimwear for another size, please contact , stating your order number.
If for any reason you wish to exchange an item of swimwear please read the following list before attempting an exchange, this will prevent any disappointment or delay in dealing with your exchange.
- Items for exchange must be unworn
- Original tags must be attached
- Swimwear must be in the original & correct clear plastic bagging
- Items must be free from odours
- Hygiene strips must be intact and clean
- Briefs / Knickers are non returnable for hygiene reasons
- Underwear boxes / packaging must be in original condition for resale
- Damaged items will not been refunded unless due to manufacturing fault
- Items must be exchanged within strictly 14 days of receipt of order
We recommend using insured or receipted post to ensure delivery. In compliance with hygiene regulations, any items returned to us for exchange must be in the original, unworn condition with ALL tickets and stickers still attached, and in the original packaging.
Shipping and Processing charges are not refundable, this includes Undelivered Items where by the recipient has not accepted or collected their goods via their postal service.
